Insurance Billing Options

  1.  Self Pay - The client must pay up front for services and then submit a bill to their Insurance Provider.     (This is unfortunately the only option for certain Insurance Providers, i.e. Blue Cross/Blue Shield)
  2. Personal Injury / Direct Billing - The client Simply receives services based on their healthcare providers recommendations and the Insurance Provider is billed directly.  (Client is responsible for the total cost of services if the Insurance Provider declines payment.)
  3. Health Insurance / Direct Billing - If the client's Insurance Plan has Massage Therapy coverage, And the Insurance Provider will accept Direct Billing From an L.M.T., this option may apply.  (Client is responsible for all Co-Payments as well as the total cost of services if the Insurance Provider declines payment.)
